"Expressbank" OJSC announces a tender for the procurement of audit services for its Information Security Management System (ISMS).
The tender encompasses the evaluation of the Bank's current information security posture, determination of compliance with the relevant requirements of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, assessment of the adequacy and effectiveness of information security controls, and identification of potential non-compliances and risks. Additionally, practical and risk-based recommendations are expected to be provided to address identified gaps and improve the overall level of information security.
Participating auditors must be independent and qualified external auditors with at least 3 years of experience in conducting information security audits within financial markets, having successfully completed information security audits in at least 3 banks. The audit must be conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internationally recognized auditing practices.
When evaluating proposals, the key criteria will include service cost, quality, vendor reputation, and the ability to execute the project within the designated timeframe.
Deadline for submission of proposals: October 10, 2026.
