- Borrower's age: 20–70 (at the time of loan maturity)
- Principal grace period: Payment starts after 2 months
- Commission: 0% – 3
Collateral/guarantee may be required depending on the loan amount.
The discount applies only to customers whose monthly debt-to-income (DTI) ratio is below 45%.
